  4. Timeshare salespeople tell that Pueblo Bonito timeshare is the best in Mexico and you can use your weeks anywhere in the world for ridiculously low prices. This is another lie; you are not even able to book in the hotel.

  5. They say you can sell your timeshare weeks to make money. But if you take a look on eBay, there are timeshares for pennies.

  6. The timeshare salesperson tells you that the maintenance fees are fixed and they will not increase for the life of the contract. But timeshare maintenance fees highly increase every year.

  7. They tell you will have no problem renting the timeshare because there is a waiting list. That waiting list does not exist.

  8. They tell you that if you buy a  timeshare you can make timeshare exchanges with no fees. When you try to do it, they tell you need to upgrade your timeshare to have the benefits.

  9. Pueblo Bonito timeshare salespeople say is impossible to terminate the timeshare contract after you sign the documents. They never mention that by Mexico Law you have 5 days to cancel it.

10. The timeshare salespeople offer false promises of discounts on airfares, cruises, car rentals, etc. This never happens.

Well here I am feeling very disappointed in the news I’ve read. I have been having second thoughts of a timeshare I just purchased and it seems i’m just two days out of the rescinding period. I really thought it would be something like 30days but I can just kick myself that I didn’t do this research earlier. I did look at my contract prior to the rescinding period but it states nothing about how to cancel. Since I now owe a mortgage on this timeshare it will be damn near impossible to get rid of it. I guess my only option is to pay it off and try to use it because even giving it away according to some will be hard to do. This idea of having this for life is not exciting

The Hotel is great. The staff is great. the food is great and the service is great. The only thing that keeps this place from being "THE BEST" is the false timeshares they sell...If its too good to be true then it is. Go on someone elses timeshare!! Or just book yourself.

We tried to cancel our timeshare, but they told us it was impossible. We are still waiting but not holding our breath. According to Profeco, you have five business days to cancel a transaction in Mexico. We are well within the timeframe allowed. Beautiful place, but buyer beware.

There units are only available when they want you to go on vacation, and at peak points. They are the most un-professional, condesending group I have ever had the misfortune of knowing. They lie right to your face during the buying procedure, anything you want, anything you need. We have tried to cancel our property but to no avail, we will prevail in the long run.
