I just want to write and thank you for the work you did on solving our timeshare problem.  You were able to recover all the money we had invested in the Mexican Timeshare.  After we realized that the deal we had been promised  was not going to happen, we were lucky to find the link to your web site.

Cindy Lopez was wonderful to work with.  She was professional, friendly and promptly responded to all our questions and concerns.  
 
The best part was that you worked on our behalf without requesting any money up front.   After receiving the check from the Timeshare Company, there was no pressure to send you your fee until we were sure that the check  had cleared the bank.  We appreciate that, and I'm sure that without your help, we would never have been released from a Timeshare contract we didn't want.
