After much research and investigating into the H10 Premium Membership we purchased at Ocean Coral and Turquesa by H10 back in December we have decided we are just not happy with the Membership. We were promised so much and feel so lied to. One of the biggest selling points to us was the ability to take our 3 Studios per year and resell them through Vacation Brokers for a minimum of $500 per studio. Guess what after speaking to about 50 Vacation Brokers nation-wide we come to find out no one will buy these, mainly due to the fact that you can purchase these packages online for half the cost of purchasing these studios and then paying the all-inclusive upgrades. Then we were also told we can donate them, guess what another lie! We can’t donate something that will cost the winners the additional fees. I get that when you win an auction you do not expect to spend and extra thousand or so for the vacation package in addition to the flight would be cheaper to book online. There are hundreds of complains also posted on numerous websites about these same promises. In addition I changed my Credit Card bill and contacted Customer Service several times and it took weeks to get a response. I have to be honest don’t have time to research, and wait for people to respond. What’s happens when I want to book something? I have yet to use services so it should not be a problem, I jsut want my money back $3,700.00 and to be done with this. In addition I was promised 1 All-Inclusive a year and my contract only states 1 All-Inclusive period. Not acceptable, this needs to also be revised. I really can’t believe that your team wasted my entire vacation day at the Ocean Coral and Turquesa and lied to me.

My wife and I purchased a vacation package from Ocean Coral and Turquesa in Mexicon on January 12, 2010. We want to cancel our contract due to lies and not receiving anything we were told we would get via mail. Currently I'm dealing with Profeco and my credit card to try to resolve this issue. Thanks-

We signed a purchase contract including a timeshare equity "downpayment" (our Hyatt Windward Pointe week 47 in Key West) with H10 Ocean Coral and Turquesa on March 29, 2010. Having read of all the scam reports on the Internet about the Holiday Equity LLC as well as about the inability to sell or even book at H10 hotels, we want to cancel ASAP.

Hello, My boyfriend and I recently got back from a vacation (5/12 - 5/19) Ocean Coral Turquesa in Mexico and bought into what we thought was a good deal, timeshare package. Promises of being able to sell our all-inclusive weeks, rent our studios, etc. however after research we realized we were mislead. I want to know what my options are to cancel the contract and get a refund.

We Bought timeshare at “Ocean Coral” in Mexico, charged to our credit card $8400. The contract was originally signed on Dec-03. We wrote and served a letter to terminate and cancel the contract the next day, Dec-04, but they would not give us any refund regardless what the contract claws termination stated (full refund if cancel within 5-days) because we did sign/initial the checklist they said "if cancel, no refund" which we did not have a copy of this check list. Few minutes later, they offered a free week stay, $3500 returned to our credit card but made us finance it instead. We told them "NO, we want to cancel the contract and get a full Refund period". Then, they told us nothing they could do. They arranged for us to talk with their "legal" person (that’s what they called) on site by the name of Suzanna. Suzanna said many things included such why don't we accept their new terms as we might loose everything (no $return/no timeshare). Again, we still were firm to cancel the contract. After we left their office, we talk & were afraid what if Suzanna was right. With fear that we would loose everything, we returned to their office the next day, Dec-05 and told them that we accepted their new terms. So, some pages of the contract were resigned on Dec-05. They also made us signed to revoke the original termination contract letter that we handed out earlier (we have still have copies). Please call for more detail. What I described above were not included what they claimed such as "easy to rent, easy to get a broker, generate $1500/yr, donate and get a tax break, can go to any of H10 hotels which I found out later after we signed the contract, we can only go to 3 locations (very sad).

We signed a contract with H10/Jacktar in Oct 2008. I have been making consistent payments. We have been very disappointed in the fact that what was promised is not what we are getting. We were going to try to make the best of it. I called today to book and was told we were 3 months behind on payments. However, all payments have cleared the bank. I have sent numerous emails asking to cancel.

I returned from Mexico yesterday having purchased into a timeshare with H10 hotels. Like anyone who has purchased, I thought it was a great deal, but I wasn't really given time to think about it or do any research. The contract I signed states that if I cancel within 5 business days I will get all my money back and I asked three different senior representatives at the resort to make SURE I would get a full refund if I decided to cancel. I was assured that I would. I have now done some research and do not want a contract with this company. I contacted the resort and request to cancel but I was told that somedody would call me back. Now my five days are up and called back to request to cancel again but I was told it was too late. TIMESHARE SCAM!!!
