- Salespeople claim that the all-inclusive fee is per night, when in reality it is per person per night
- Promise to rent out their timeshare weeks as a financial investment and to pay off the membership. In reality, clients are referred to a third party agency that charges a listing fee and does not complete the rental.
- Claims that Club Real was better than all timeshares and they are completely different because the salesperson can sell your weeks to other members and potential members who they have lined up ready to buy them.

My wife and I vacationed in Cancun recently. While there we purchased a timeshare membership from Real club . Upon returning home we discovered that the salesperson who sold us the package had made many verbal misrepresentations regarding the terms and value of the time share.
My husband and I are owners of a Real Club membership. . Our original agreement was $14000 . We are just sick about it. I'm sure you are familiar. We were able to use a "free week" certificate . But- there is no other benefit to this membership and we want out so terribly bad. We were told when we signed that we would have 2 days to decide if we wanted to cancel. We knew right away that we made a mistake. When we went back to cancel , they told us we couldn't.
Firme un contrato con Real Club , en donde el vendedor manejo informacion diferene al contrato y ahora que quiero realizar el uso de la membresia me manejan precios en dolares siendo que el contrato esta en pesos mexicanos, existe una clausula de penalizacon del 40% por cancelación del mismo por alguna de las partes por incumplimiento, he solicitado la cancelacíon via correo y esta contesta electronicamente sin dar ninguna solución al problema. pague al rededor de$70,000 y a partir del proximo mes me haran cargos de 5,000.00 mensuales durante 4 años.
I am trying to get out of a Real Club timeshare that we got in Mexico in June. The US numbers do not work and I am constantly transferred to numbers that do not exist.
Un fraude en tiempo por semanas pues nos dijeron que eran precios por siete noches y 8 dias y resulta que son precios por noche por persona en cancun ya pasaron 9 dias pero pecamos de ingenuos creyendo en la gran oportunidad de hacer negocio para la familia y resulto un gran fraude.
We purchased a real club membership in Cancun and it is not what we were told it would be. Feel that we have been a victim of timeshare fraud and would like to get rid of the timeshare. We purchased this on Nov, 24 2009.
hola,compre una membresia RC en Cancun,hace 7 años,estoy por terminar de pagarla, pero no estamos muy agusto con esta.mi pregunta es,puedo recuperar algo de dinero.si cancelo ya que a mi no me interesa tenerla. se nos han cobrado mantenimientos que nos dijeorn que no nos iban a cobrar y las promesas de rentas no faltaron junto con el incumplimiento.
