I recently purchased a fractional ownership agreement at Royal Elite. A few days later, I did some research and realized that it was a scam. After reading many stories of people not being able to cancel their agreements, even within the 5 day cancellation period, I decided to use the expertise of Gonzalez & Gonzalez Timeshare Solutions. They were able to successfully provide me with a valid cancellation letter from the resort and get my money returned directly to me. I did not pay anything until they resolved my situation. The staff and associates at Gonzalez & Gonzalez were friendly, professional, and effective. Without them, I´m sure I would still be dealing with this horrible experience!
