We are writing to express our gratitude to Gonzalez & Gonzalez Timeshare Solutions.  If you are reading this you are most likely experiencing a situation similar to ours - hoping to sell your timeshare.  We purchased a timeshare while vacationing in Mexico.  Upon our return home we realized what a terrible decision we had made and came to understand that we had been lied to about the conditions of our contract.  We were certain, after doing a lot of reading on the internet, that we would never be able to get rid of the timeshare.  To make matters worse, on mulitple occasions we attempted to use the timeshare only to find they were booked out over 6 months.  At this point we felt such an array of emotions: anger, helplessness, sadness, disapointment only to name a few. 

We came across Gonzalez & Gonzalez while reading and searching the internet.  We submitted an email on the contact us page and within a day we were on our way to a solution we never thought was possible. Everyone we worked with was so kind - often, we said, "This can't be for real." We were so scared from our original mistake and didn't want to be making another one.  Gonzalez & Gonzalez requires no money upfront - and please know that they cancelled our contract in a very short period of time.  I am happy to note, we are now feeling different emotions - relief, joy, freedom and thankfulness to Gonzalez & Gonzalez .
