I wanted to take a few moments to express my thanks to you and your staff, particularly Cindy Sandoval, for helping my wife and me resolve our involvement in theVelas Vallarta timeshare organization. As we mentioned in the testimonial letter we wrote for Ms. Sandoval, this situation had created a great deal of stress for us financially and it was a huge relief to get out from under it. Ms. Sandoval was, at all times, professional, courteous, and thorough in her efforts on our behalf. We will be much more wise in the future in our dealings with these individuals.
